This class is for advanced students who can cut, grind, design, and create a multi-fired project, such as a Lampshade, lantern, bird feeder, or another project of their own design. This class is designed for three firings up to 36 hours of kiln time. Each student receives a 10” x 10” pane of clear glass as a base, with other colors charged based on color or other characteristics, such as dichroic glass, which ranges from $25 to $ 75 per square inch. Other elements are available, such as beads, stringers, frit, and pre-made elements such as leaves and petals. Or you can learn how to make your own.
